Decorative plate from the Still Life Collection by the Portuguese brand Matsuper – Maia do Castelo, integrated into the national tradition of decorative earthenware and porcelain produced between the 1980s and 2000s.

The brand, renowned for creating ornamental tableware for domestic use, presents here a piece that combines classic aesthetics with decorative functionality.

The still-life decoration — fruits, jug, and basket — draws inspiration from traditional European paintings, evoking balanced, chromatically soft compositions with strong visual appeal. The gold-finished rim reinforces the ornamental character, lending brilliance and presence to the piece.
